QlikView Publisher, an optional module for QlikView Server, is an administration and management tool that provides a single control point for the company's QlikView analytics applications and QlikView reports. Administrators can schedule, distribute and manage security and access for QlikView applications and QlikView reports across the enterprise. With QlikView Publisher, companies can balance the business need for widespread distribution of analytics functionality and reports with the requirement to maintain centralized control and synchronization of sensitive corporate data.

Simply build a QlikView report on top of your existing QlikView analysis application and use the QlikView Publisher Distribution Wizard to reload the data, generate the PDFs and deliver them direct to your users inbox.
Secure access to business analysisQlikView Publisher integrates directly with an organization's existing security model to control user access rights, making administration and distribution of business analysis and reports secure and efficient. With QlikView Publisher, it is easy to create routines which guarantee the quality, timeliness and accuracy of your company's decision support.Built to meet today's scalability and manageability challengesQlikView Publisher is built using Web Service technology to enable scalability and resilience. Services can be grouped to provide load-sharing and resilience. SNMP is provided to allow integration with Enterprise Monitoring tools. QlikView Publisher Tasks can, if needed, be triggered by external Enterprise Scheduling tools using Web service calls. |
QlikView Publisher ensures users only have access to documents and reports related to their data. Based on the security criteria set by an administrator, QlikView Publisher will slice a QlikView application into multiple QlikView documents and then distribute the fi nalized document to all authorized users. QlikView Publisher can also slice and distribute QlikView reports in PDF format to authorized users by email. This ensures users only have access to the data that is truly theirs.
